MC Wraps Inc. Refund, Cancellation, Design & Warranty Policy

At MC Wraps Inc., our vehicle wraps, commercial graphics, decals, signs, banners, and graphic design services are custom-created for each customer and project. Customers are provided with the applicable project agreements, design policies, warranty terms, and other required documents before or during the project process.
Our policies are designed to clearly establish expectations before custom work, design, production, and installation begin.
All Deposits Are Non-Refundable
All deposits paid to MC Wraps Inc. are non-refundable.
By paying a deposit, the customer authorizes MC Wraps Inc. to reserve production and installation time and to begin design, artwork preparation, material ordering, printing, and other project-related work.
No refund will be issued after a deposit is received, including if the customer:
- Cancels the project
- Postpones the project
- Changes their mind
- Sells or damages the vehicle
- Misses a scheduled appointment
- Experiences financing or insurance issues
- Changes branding or business direction
- Decides not to complete the project
If costs incurred by MC Wraps Inc. exceed the deposit, including custom materials, printing, graphic design labor, production, or installation work, the customer may remain responsible for those additional costs in accordance with the approved estimate, invoice, or agreement.
$500 Graphic Design Deposit
For projects requiring custom graphic design, the standard design deposit is $500 and is non-refundable.
The design deposit allows MC Wraps Inc. to begin graphic design, artwork preparation, proof development, and related creative work.
Once the deposit has been paid and design work has been authorized, the design deposit is not refundable, regardless of whether the customer ultimately proceeds with printing or installation.
Graphic Design & Revision Policy
MC Wraps Inc. includes two (2) design revision rounds with the graphic design portion of the project.
A revision is a requested round of changes made after an initial design concept or proof has been presented to the customer.
Customers are encouraged to review each proof carefully and provide all requested changes together in one clear revision round.
Examples of revisions include changes to:
- Colors
- Text
- Logo placement
- Layout
- Sizing
- Graphics
- Contact information
- Other reasonable design elements
Additional Graphic Design Work
Once the two included revision rounds have been used, any additional graphic design work requested by the customer will be billed at:
$125 per hour
Additional design time may include:
- Additional revisions
- Alternate concepts
- Major layout changes
- Rebuilding customer-supplied artwork
- Logo modifications
- Changes requested after final design approval
Additional graphic design charges are separate from printing, materials, installation, removal, or other production charges.
Full Redesigns
A full redesign or substantial change in creative direction is not considered a normal revision.
If a customer requests an entirely different concept, layout, theme, style, or branding direction after the initial proof has been created, additional graphic design charges will apply at the current design rate.
MC Wraps Inc. will communicate applicable additional design costs before proceeding whenever practical.
Customer-Supplied Artwork & Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including:
- Names
- Phone numbers
- Addresses
- Websites
- Spelling
- Logos
- Colors
- QR codes
- Other project information
MC Wraps Inc. will make reasonable efforts to identify obvious errors, but the customer remains responsible for reviewing and confirming all information shown on the final proof.
Final Design Approval
Production will begin only after the customer approves the final design.
Approval may be provided by:
- Signature
- Text message
- Electronic approval
- Other written authorization
Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the design, layout, spelling, colors, dimensions, and information shown.
Changes requested after final approval may result in additional design, printing, material, or production charges.
MC Wraps Inc. is not responsible for customer-approved errors discovered after production has begun.
Design Files & Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, working files, editable source files, templates, production files, and design elements created by MC Wraps Inc. remain the property of MC Wraps Inc.
The customer’s final produced graphics may be used for the approved project.
Release or transfer of editable or source artwork may require a separate fee or written agreement.
Material Orders & Restocking
Materials may be purchased specifically for a customer’s project.
Because all deposits are non-refundable, cancellation does not create a right to the return of a deposit.
If additional payments beyond the deposit have been made and materials are eligible for supplier return, applicable supplier charges may be deducted.
Restocking fees may be up to 30%, depending on the supplier and material.
Custom, printed, cut, laminated, special-order, used, or non-returnable materials may be charged at their full cost.
Custom Products Are Non-Refundable
Vehicle wraps, commercial graphics, decals, lettering, signs, banners, window graphics, and other custom-produced products are made specifically for an individual customer.
Once custom production has begun, these products are not eligible for a traditional return or exchange because the customer changes their mind or decides on a different design, color, material, or project.
Installed Vehicle Wraps Are Non-Refundable
Once a vehicle wrap has been installed, the vehicle wrap is non-refundable.
MC Wraps Inc. does not provide cash refunds, reimbursement, vehicle rental, towing, lost-income compensation, downtime reimbursement, or payment for work performed by another company because of an installation complaint.
However, MC Wraps Inc. stands behind its workmanship.
If there is a qualifying installation defect covered by our warranty, MC Wraps Inc. may repair or replace the affected wrapped area in accordance with the 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty.
1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty
MC Wraps Inc. provides a one (1) year limited workmanship warranty beginning on the original installation completion date.
The warranty applies only to installation defects caused by MC Wraps Inc., such as qualifying:
- Unusual peeling
- Lifting
- Edge failure
The issue must result directly from improper installation to qualify.
MC Wraps Inc. must inspect and approve every warranty claim.
For an approved warranty defect, MC Wraps Inc. may, at its discretion, repair or replace only the affected wrapped area.
Warranty service does not automatically entitle the customer to:
- A refund
- Cash payment
- Complete wrap replacement
- Vehicle rental
- Towing
- Lost income
- Downtime reimbursement
- Reimbursement for work performed by another company
Warranty Exclusions
The workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear
- Minor edge movement
- Fading
- Discoloration
- Stains
- Changes in finish or gloss
- Rock chips
- Road debris
- Scratches
- Dents
- Accidents
- Vandalism
- Abuse
- Neglect
- Misuse
- Automatic car washes
- Brushes
- Pressure washing near seams or edges
- Improper washing or maintenance
- Fuel
- Chemicals
- Solvents
- Waxes
- Bird droppings
- Tree sap
- Insects
- Excessive heat
- Sun exposure
- Weather
- Flooding
- Environmental conditions
- Pre-existing paint damage
- Rust
- Oxidation
- Failing clear coat
- Bodywork
- Repainted panels
- Aftermarket paint
- Poor paint adhesion
- Paint or clear-coat lifting during installation or removal
- Damage caused by accessories or modifications
- Repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than MC Wraps Inc.
Warranty Claim Requirements
The customer must report the issue within the applicable one-year warranty period and return the vehicle to MC Wraps Inc. for inspection.
Unauthorized repair, alteration, removal, or modification of the affected wrapped area may void warranty coverage for that area.
Customers must allow MC Wraps Inc. a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, when applicable, correct qualifying workmanship issues.
Work Completion & Final Inspection
Upon completion of the project, customers may be asked to inspect the completed work and sign a Work Completion Certificate.
By signing the completion certificate, the customer confirms that, based on the final inspection, the contracted work has been substantially completed in accordance with the original agreement and acknowledges the obligation to finalize payment.
Any continuing obligations of MC Wraps Inc. remain limited to those expressly stated in the original agreement, warranty, or other applicable written policy.
No Refund Does Not Mean No Warranty
Our non-refundable policy and our workmanship warranty serve two different purposes.
Deposits and installed custom wraps are non-refundable.
At the same time, MC Wraps Inc. stands behind qualifying workmanship. If we determine that an installation-related issue is covered by our warranty, we will address the affected area according to the terms of the warranty.
The remedy for a qualifying workmanship defect is repair or replacement of the affected area as determined by MC Wraps Inc., rather than a refund of the completed project.
Customer Acknowledgment
Before and throughout a project, customers may be required to sign or approve applicable documents, including:
- Estimate or invoice
- Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
- Graphic Design & Revision Policy
- Final Artwork Approval
- 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty Policy
- Work Completion Certificate
By signing the applicable agreement, paying a deposit, approving artwork, authorizing production, authorizing installation, or signing the completion certificate, the customer acknowledges and accepts the applicable MC Wraps Inc. policies and terms.
